Organisational Schizophrenia

Organizational Schizophrenia has been characterized by distortions in thinking, perception, emotions, language, sense of self or behavior.  Organizational Schizophrenia is rampant in clubs and is impeding clubs from focusing on and obtaining their core values and strategic goals.  More and more club managers and team members report broken communication between the club President to the Club Manager and from Club Managers to the team members.  Not only is communication suffering in clubs but more importantly the messages conveyed by the club’s leadership is leading to confusion, stifled initiative, erratic and unpredictable team behavior and operating practices drifting away from policy.  This sixty-minute session will define how and when organizational schizophrenia occurs and how managers can work to eliminate it in their clubs.

The Three Foundations of Success

What would you do if you knew you ultimately couldn’t fail? How big would you dare to dream?

In ‘The Three Foundations of Success’ the Ernst & Young – Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Sir Peter Blake Leader, Dr Sam Hazledine, shares the three core foundations he has used to turn his life around after sustaining a life-threatening head injury to become the New Zealand extreme ski champion, to grow New Zealand’s fastest growing service business.

When anyone applies these three foundations success becomes not only likely, but inevitable.

Sam shares these in an interesting and inspiring way and shows that it’s possible for anyone to achieve great things.

This is not the filtered easy-sell version of success, it’s the real version and it’s relevant to anyone who knows there’s more to life than where they are currently at.
