Question 1:The summit is programmed to go ahead at Alert Level 1. What happens if there is a change prior to the Summit to Alert Level 2, 3 or 4 for the period of the summit?
Answer: Advice will be given that the summit will be postponed indefinitely. Full refunds of registration fees will be given.
Question 2: Will adequate safety measures be in place at the Vodafone Event Centre for the duration of the Summit?
Answer: Yes, The Vodafone Event Centre’s health and safety guidelines have been upgraded to meet event management venue standards.Contact tracing, Adequate sanitizers will be available. Contact tracing and social distancing will be in place.
Question 3: I am planning to travel to the Summit by plane. Should I take out booking insurance.
Answer: Yes – because of uncertainty currently around travel, it is strongly recommended that you take out booking insurance.
Question 4: Summit accommodation is provided by Ramada Wyndham Suites Great South Road Manukau City adjacent to the Vodafone Event Centre. Accommodation is the responsibility of the delegates and the trade exhibitors. How do I book?
Answer: Go to the Accommodation section of the website https://www.golfmanagers.co.nz/conferences/2021-combined-summit/accommodation.html and follow instructions. Use the booking reference Summit to confirm you are delegate/supplier to the Summit.
Question 5: What happens to accommodation deposits in the event of a event postponement due to a change in alert levels.
Answer: Ramada Wyndham Suites having given an undertaking that any deposits will be fully refunded in the event of a change in Alert Levels.
